Re-gearing questions

Good day ! The car is a wrangler tj 2004-2.4. I changed the wheels 33 / 12,5 / 15 and now I want to change the main pairs but I do not know what needs help, please, and even when I opened the rear bridge, I noticed that these holes need to be replaced or you can still leave them?

Those spider gears need to be replaced. For 33's and the 2.4 I would recommend 5.13's.

That all looks good. Those spider gears seems a bit steep, but maybe not based on where you live.
