Thanks for the tips, I got the best pads that they had in stock and did everything that you described above. So far everything seems to be working properly.

Want to give an update to this issue for anyone who might have a similar issue going on. After messing with the rear brakes several times, changing pads and one of the calipers, the issue is FINIALLY resolved!!! The cause of the rear brakes hanging up and dragging was the center brake hose that goes from the frame to the axle, this was difficult for me to diagnose due to the fact that it started out as only happening occasionally and only after driving several miles on the highway. I have also never had a collapsed brake hose cause this issue with the brakes on any other vehicle with a similar issue it has always been an issue with the caliper. Thanks again to the help and advice from all that posted in this thread. Without the help from this forum I would probably still be scratching my head and cussing the brakes. Hope this can help out a fellow jeeper having the same issue.
