So I had to pull my front speakers to fix them. i rewired the radio according to the manual for the radio and wiring harness. The rear speakers worked before I did this but now only the front speakers work. Any ideas? Trying to avoid running new wires.

You must have rewired it wrong somehow. I know when I got a radio from Crutchfield they had the wires crossed in the 'how to' papers they sent along. Check on the box or head itself. There should be a factory sticker or diagram to go by.
