Replaced heater core, now no vent

Replaced a very leaky heater core this weekend. Got it all back together, and I have heat on the floor and defrost and the mix, but no vents. When I pulled the box out, I broke the vacuum line that runs into the engine bay. I fixed it and could feel air coming through to the plug when I blew on it. Thinking that or there is a blender door stuck or something... I don't want to pull that all apart again. Also, AC is not charged up yet.

Ideas?

FYI - put in a 4 seasons. It still blows hot, but not as hot as the factory one. But it is also very cold today, so well see.

Make sure the vacuum actuators accessible from the driver's footwell are operating while changing modes and that they're connected to mode door levers on the HVAC box. There's one just over the transmission hump that may be hard to see. Check the vacuum line connection while you're there.

You would have removed this (top) actuator from the lever to separate the upper and lower halves of the box...

Before I reinstalled my box I used a Mighty Vac to generate vacuum and cycled through all the positions and verified function and tested for leaks.
