Dude by me has dozens of doors and door cards (along with an endless supply of TJ stuff) and ships.
He isn't cheap but he has what you need when you need it.

At this point I would get them from Summit, but if you haven't tried the guy I linked to above, it might be a good idea. He has dozens of doors, interior cards and various uppers and he ships.
