That was my first thought. Rear brake issues.

When you Jeep is not moving the axle is at a resting position. As you apply torque it will flex down or up depending on which direction you are going. I'm not talking about a lot of flex but it will flex some. This can cause your drive line not to be at the correct angel and may cause issues with your rear end. Have you had a lift installed or made any adjustments to your control arms?
Yea, I have a 2" OME suspension lift. I had it put on about a year and a half ago. It sat for awhile but I think it was doing that before the lift. It needed new u-joints up front, then what I assumed to be the noise. How can I check to see if it is coming from the drive, and how do I best go about fixing it? Thanks for your response.
Start by checking all connections to your axle. Check your upper and lower control arms for loose bolts or bad bushings. Then disconnect your driveshaft and check for any issues the seal and pinion for wear or if it's loose.
Mine was doing the same as the video. I took to the shop and they took the cover off of the rear end.... found a chunk of metal floating around. Ended up having new gear and pinion and seals installed. $1300.00
