Rust over dashboard (under windshield

Hi, TJ 2004 Sport.

It has these rust spots Does anyone know what part I should buy to replace this rusted part?.

Late-model TJs are notorious for rotting at the windshield frame. Best course of action is to replace the entire frame. Yours may not be that bad; maybe fold it down and see how much rust is there. A welder might be able to fabricate something for you since windshield frames are hard to come by at a reasonable price.

I had a repair panel installed. I'm local to the seller so he installed it for me. So far so good.
