Indiana Rust Repair Recommendation

My brother-in-law has a 2000 TJ with some frame rust problems. He lives in the Indianapolis area. Does anyone have a shop they’d recommend to have it evaluated & hopefully repaired? Thanks!

Ryan Kidder is right outside of Indianapolis. I've been to his shop. He is a little expensive, but legitimate.
