Rust underneath Repairment

Hello Dear TJ community,
I just bought my 1998 TJ - LHD, soft top. I'm super happy with the purchase, the Jeep is in great conditions (one owner since 1998 and with only 60,000 miles). The only thing is that has some rust underneath, is quite a lot but nothing structural - checked this with a garage before purchasing. The car also passed the MOT in March this year.
Wanted to know if someone has a good garage specialized in rust and specifically for this type of Jeeps? I live in North west London but of course flexible to move.

I don’t have a local recommendation for you but I suggest you post those for advice in the general forum. On the frame, the advice seems to be to see if the frame is rusted inside (bad) or only outside (mostly not a major issue). Then treat inside and out (I used Lanoguard but others will have ideas - just be aware some products won’t be available in UK).

The springs and spring perches look a lot worse to me (not an expert but I’d say those springs were toast)

Thanks for the response. This car passed the MOT in March this year, and before buying it I took it to a garage for an opinion to understand if this is somethings structural or just superficial rust. the feedback was the later and that it's not structural, but I'm conscious that needs work...
