hey jw what are some good seat covers that stay cool.

I use the Carhartt duck weave model in grey color, they only come in two colors. Not cheap but they last year's and wear like iron. Easy install and machine washable.

Whatever you choose, avoid neoprene like Wet Okole pushes. Neoprene is hot, absorbs sweat & liquids and takes days to dry out, and if you buy them with colored skins on them, the colors fade quickly and unevenly if they see much sun. Black turns purple, red turns pink, etc.

Bartacts repel water well. Not the coolest of materials, but I haven’t had an issue with my black ones. Tan would be cooler, or a grey color? They hold up great, mine are 4 years old and still look new.

The P.O. put dark brown neoprene seat covers on my 97 TJ, now with.163k. They look fine, to me.
Bought in Nov, ive never had the neoprenes off, im afraid to look under the .neoprene for.fear.of what I may find .. lol
And you're right they shock , sort of like a.mini.lightning strike
My TJ stays in the garage so Sun fade not.a.prob. but this is Tx so i may.peel off the neoprene if its hot material and see what kind of surprise i find :/
