Serpentine Belt failed install

I had a bad squeal that wouldn’t go away. I used belt dressing with no luck. Decided to install a new belt . Went to my local auto one and picked up new one. I loosed the tensioner pulley, struggled to get the old one off. I started outing the new one on and could not get it over the last pulley. I tried various way and even took the tensioner pulley completely off. Still no luck. I ended up putting my old one back on and once I tightened up the tensioner pulley the sequel went away. Has any one has that much trouble getting a new belt on?

Yes. It has been a massive pita for me to install belts every time.

Is your jeep all stock or do you have a york, or something else that would change your stock belt size?
