Should I buy a standard LJ or LJ Rubicon?

I sold my TJ for an LJR before we had kids and bought one sight unseen out of Texas. Between the Vin checks and the pictures, you can get a pretty good idea of the vehicle. It was also through a dealer which covered the rear main seal when it puked oil on the transport truck.
