Siliconic Crankcase vent to air cleaner

I have a 2.4 tj wrangler from 2003
I would like to replace the 53013093AA part(Cranckase vent to air cleaner) that often cracks with a silicone one .... Can you please tell me what are the inside diameters of the original part?

I managed to install a silicone hose. In the event that someone else needs information, the interior is 15 mm and I put a straight hose without any problems.
