On my LJ, I occasionally get water on the front carpet depending how level I park. With the soft top, not a problem. I even ran it through the touchless car wash and no leaks.
I did notice yesterday when I opened my door, and after my jeep sat out in the rain for 2 days, that water was dripping out from the bottom of the door. My jeep was parked with the passenger side slightly lower than the drivers side. It seemed that rain water collected in the bottom of the door ands wasn't able to get out the drain slots in the bottom of my door. There was nothing draining out the passenger door.
After noticing this, I wonder if the water could collect in the bottom of a door enough to drain inside of our jeeps and not outside. I know it's unlikely because there's a seal and door frame that the water would have to overcome. If your jeeps not parked level, it seems possible.
