Soft windows don't fit

I got new soft windows for my half doors and they don't seem to fit right. Is there any way I can adjust them? The weather strip doesn't fit in the channel right

Are the factory half doors or aftermarket? I say that because depending on the doors and the windows you got, there's a chance there could be incompatibilities.

However, I suspect that if the windows are brand new it's going to take some warm weather and heat to fit them. Fitting my brand new soft top was a nightmare when it was brand new. I had to pull and stretch to get things to fit!

They are factory half doors. The only problem that I'm having is its like the weather strip is two thick and It catches around the edge of the door

I fold mine under the pin, I don't close it in the door.
