Your profile states that you have a 2007 with the 3.8 V6. This site is primarily for the '97 - '06 TJ models. While there are people here that also have the JK models like you have and may be able to help, you might get a quicker response on the JK forum.

I will say that looks like very clear water dripping and running down. I don't know much about JK's, but I'm wondering if it could be condensation that drains out when the A/C is running? On a TJ, it drains out on the passengers side on the firewall. I don't know where it drains on the JK's.
