I’m running 35” tires on a 1997 TJ. I ordered and mounted the Morryde hinge/enforcement kit and I was going to get their HD spare tire carrier as well, but found out from Morryde that the carrier doesn’t fit their Tj kit. Does anyone know if the stock Tj spare carrier will fit and securely hold a 35” spare? If not does anyone recommend a different spare carrier that will hold up to the weight and bolt up to the Morryde setup?

I have the Exogate/Morryde kit. With stock TJ tire carrier with a 35.. Has doing fine since 2016..
