Spark Plug boots stuck

Any tricks on getting the spark plug boots free from the plugs. A tool of some kind.

I've had seized boots and without the right tool, you're right they're a real difficult if not nearly impossible thing to remove. I found a boot removal tool that works like a pair of pliers but with narrow grippers at a 90 degree angle and they really work well to break the grip between the boot and plug. I'm pretty sure nearly any well stocked auto parts store would have them.
