Spot Rust Treatments?

Hey all. Just got a 2006 TJ, has a little rust in multiple spots. Searched this forum and found great threads at https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/how-to-repair-dreaded-rear-quarter-panel-rust.34157/ and https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/rust-spot-help.53146/ but they don't quite seem to match what I am seeing.

So, what is the best way to treat each of the spots in these photos?

Very proactive of you wanting to fix your “rust” problems.
Pic #1; Minimal rust at hinge pin- Remove door and scuff rust with Scotch-brite, shoot a little matching paint on exposed parts then lightly grease hinge pin.
Pic #2; Aftermarket electrical tow connection- Get a new one or replace offending screws.
Pic#3; Radiator support rod- Remove and sand, then refinish.
Pic #4; If its the hinge, same as door, being careful when removing plastic covers because they can get brittle with age. If its the bumper to frame bolts, remove and refinish.

Most people in your area would be thrilled with that being the only rust.
