Squeaking front right wheel turning right

Let me start off by saying I’m brand new to the Jeep world. I have a squeaking noise coming from the front right wheel that only happens when turning right. I’m thinking possible bad u joint but I’m not 100% sure. And help would be appreciated

It's either a bad u-joint or a bad unit bearing (wheel bearing). I'd check the u-joint first.

Am I looking at a universal joint that is screwed? If I am, it is.

Well, it looks like has been well lubricated by a leaking axle seal at least, unless that is just a lot of fresh, glossy black paint? Hard to say anything by looking at those pictures, really. But a dying u-joint will often squeak in a pretty regular, higher pitched pattern as you are turning, where as a wheel bearing will tend to be a bit more a steady drone going down the road that will increase and decrease in volume as you rock the wheel back and forth, loading and unloading the bearing. It looks like you have a plug in the ujoint (1st pic on the top ear) that can be removed and replaced with a grease fitting. If it comes loose for you try installing a grease fitting and pumping in grease. If this works replace the plug afterwards and see if the noise abates.
