The wheels on my garage door are squeaking pretty good. Is there a specific type of grease I need to use for upkeep?

White (I know it's not PC) lithium grease.
Speaking of garage doors when my Dad built the house, and garage back in 1960 he got the heaviest garage door made. Then to make matters worse my Brother in-law just screwed on a huge heavy fireproof slab onto it so my gas grill would be safe. I can barely open it now, I was thinking about getting a garage door opener but don't know if they make a 12hp one.
