Squealing noise coming from driver's side

What would give a squeal noise on driver side possible around transmission... under hood i hear it on driver side...not opda side
I can hear it most when underneath by driver side transmission. its pretty loud in the cabin. it is not constant. it can stop the noise when letting off gas...the back on with gas on... its not high pitch just loud and annoying.

Whenever I hear the word "squeal" to describe a noise, I instantly think serpentine belt or pulley. Especially if it comes and go when you let off the gas.

True, I'll try to rule that out as when under hood it sounds from the rear. of compartment.
