Stalling about 60 seconds after start

So I bought a 2002 with a 4.0 and 5 speed. It has around 178,000 on the clock. It ran fine when I bought it... but has been sitting for 4 or 5 months. Im getting it ready for my twins when they turn 16. What happens is, after 60 seconds after start, it just dies. I wait a few seconds, start it back up and it runs fine. It only stalls about 60 seconds after start. Seems like maybe the cooling system kicks on or something and it just dies. I cleaned the throttle body/air intake with a microfibre towel. No improvement. Im assuming it is some kind of electrical issue. I've also noticed the fuel gage has a mind of its own and sometimes the oil pressure gauge will drop and then go back to where it should be. Any ideas?

Does it *always* die after 60 seconds? It sounds like a SKIM issue, but usually that kills the engine much quicker. Does it abruptly die, or sort of sputter out? And when it dies, if you give it gas/drive it during that window, does it still die at 60 seconds?

When the engine is started and idling; what RPMs is the engine idling at ?
Low idling RPMs could indicate a sticking Idle Air Controller solenoid.
You cleaned the TB intake with a micro fiber towel, but have you tried spraying Seafoam or equivalent throttle body cleaner into the idle air port just above the throttle plate. The IAC solenoid may be sticking due to lack of use.
Once the engine is running; you can spray the TB cleaner into the idle air port until the engine starts to sputter; then wait until the engine idle recovers.
Do not rev the engine to keep the engine from stalling.
Repeat this cycle 5-6 times which should clean the IAC solenoid, disc and seat of debris.
Test to see if the engine idles without stalling...

I just turned it on to actually count how long it takes. This time, it died in exactly 10 seconds. But when I wait a few seconds, turn it back on, it runs just fine. And no, it doesn't seem to matter if I give it gas or not. It will die regardless

so 2nd start runs theoretically indefinitely? That would rule out SKIM.

Need to determine whether its losing ignition or fuel, but at the speed your engine dies; it would appear to be the ignition is dropping out.
I would check the condition of the ASD relay first...
