Anyone have surface rust showing from droplets that come from the A/C condenser which sits directly above a section of frame? I can post pictures later, Should I just throw some paint on it and call it a day?

If it’s just light surface rust, I’d just clean it up and spray a little primer and paint on it.
Then, get a piece of tubing (3/4” I.D. maybe, I can’t remember for sure) and attach to the drain on the firewall and route it down away from the frame. I did mine that way. Zipped ties the end to the side of the gram so it only dripped on the ground.
