You guys laugh, but I've seen it in person and it really looks good! You can even get it a custom color. I've checked with lineX and it will cost about $4500 to do a TJ. I've seen black, blue and a plum color.

That won't stop rust at all. What you'll want to do to stop rust would be to coat the entire underside in something like Fluid Film or linseed oil.
The best way to stop rust is just keep looking at these jk's. Eventually , you 'll decide to just walk everywhere .
I've seen so many of these ugly abortions along the way I don't think I can bring myself to take any pics of them. Saw a solid white one in the grocery store parking lot yesterday. Everything was white except for the baby blue hinges, brackets, lug nuts... it help keep my grocery bill down because it made me so sick I wasn't hungry anymore walking into the store.
