Looks well designed to me but I'm no expert. If so that is a good price with the discount.

Even with the discount, it's still more in US dollars than the TRE, which is currently still available. I'd take aluminum over fiber-reinforced polymer all day long for the longevity. All polymers eventually dry and crack...

No issues with simple aluminum rings. And I could buy a dozen for that price.

We got those rings so hot that day I could barely touch them.
