Does anyone have a good method of getting the broken taillamp lens screws out of the plastic taillight housing. There is still about 1/8" of rusty screw sticking out but vice grips won't stay on.

My go-to has always been when vice grips fail to drill it out with a drill bit. The tail light screws are pretty small though so I'm not sure how well that would work.

Yea the vice grips usually work but I cant get a good hold on the broken screws. Drilling will probably result in a new hole beside the old broken screw. Was just hoping that someone might have a magic fix

You wont be able to drill out a steel screw from a plastic housing. You are not strong enough to hold the drill steady enough to not have the drill bit walk into the plastic.
