I have a 98 Tj. My kid was driving down the highway and it started acting up and died just as he was getting off the highway.

I had it towed and checked out the fuel pump only 12lbs of pressure. I replace it and now have 70. I have spark. Replaced coil and cam sensor. Still won’t start. Anyone else have any issues like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks George

First thing I would be doing is scanning it to see what (if any) error codes it’s throwing.

What do you mean it wont start? It cranks, and just wont start? Or it tries to catch (sounds like it is going to start but doesn't) Does it crank normal speed or faster than normal? Or it doesn't crank at all? Where did you check the fuel pressure from?

Inquiry minds want to know!

Could be the Crankshaft Position Sensor possibly.
