TJ full door problem

I have had my TJ since new. Never been in rain or snow. Currently, 3,500 miles.
After 26 years, the rubber has gotten hard. I replaced both full door seals. The right door seal under the door, that fits in a track , will not stay in the track.

The metal track that holds the sides of the seal aren't doing the job.
Does anyone know if the metal tracks can be purchased anywhere? For whatever reason, these have no holding power.
I don't want to glue the seal, I doubt if it will hold. I'd rather replace the problem piece of metal. Thanks

I had the same issue getting my new door seals to stay in the tracks. I bought some extra thin double sided high adhesion trim tape. I stuck it down in the track then worked the rubber into the track. It's never come out since.

The only other real option is to remove the tracks, drill the correct size holes all around the door, then use the little plastic pegs to hold the rubber to the door.
