I live in Oregon and found this one in Salt Lake. My father-in-law lived there at the time. He bought it and we met halfway (6 hours each way). Keep looking. Sounds like they've gone out of business.

I bought with the basket already assembled, but I'm pretty sure it can be dismantled small enough to ship in a big heavy box. Might be willing to go that route if you make the juice worth the squeeze.
