TJ is sluggish on start-up

When I crank the Jeep and hit the gas it seems like it doesn't want to go, it does but sluggish. Once I get going it's fine and responsive. Any idea what I should look at.

When starting it up, does this issue persist if you cycle the ignition a few times to let the fuel pump prime, then starting it after 3-4 times letting the pump prime?

Seems to happen only on the 1st start of the day, then fine all day.
