TJ with Factory Leather

They are rare but in Canada the TJ Rocky Mountain option included leather interior. I'd love to find a pair of leather seats.... altho these are in shitty shape.

yeah, factory. I've seen a few in BC in the past 10 years. Almost bought one 8 years ago... Bought a Rubi instead.

I dig the leather, but yeah, I think going with a Rubicon is indeed the better choice!

I’d eventually like to have my seats replaced or reupholstered with the material you see on boats. I’m trying to waterproof the cab as much as possible for leaving the doors off, etc. and it would be that much easier to clean.

I have an '03 TJ Rocky Mountain Edition. It came with black vinyl seats in the front and rear. The driver's seat looked pretty much like the one in the ad above but the passenger's seat was in perfect condition. I swapped both out for a pair of seats from a Hyundia Tiburon. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics of the front seats. This all that I have. I still have the rear seat but I rarely have it in the TJ.

The Dealer Options Report under Optional Equipment lists them as ... Code H6 - Vinyl High-Back Bucket Seats.

I priced front/rear seats with standard leather with the premium trim (more leather in the rear) and the price was $989. Just for comparison, I paid $598 for the set from lseats.com.
