ive been thinking lately about getting my kid (9 yo) an XJ and build a wheeler out of, it wont be anywhere near that thing, its got more money into it than my own rig lol.

Some rich kid "my daddy got me a go kart"

This kid " bring it over Saturday, I've got some trails " (sniggers audibly)
Ha, I said something similar to a guy with a Hemi Dodge p/u.
He said, I can go anywhere that little Jeep can go.
Ok, follow me... he hung in there , but his paint was a wreck.
And I'm not one to shy away from a tight squeeze or brush.
He didn't go with his FIL on another trail ride since.

I love it . I've got a little place I've been fantasizing a four-door would follow me on .

People think everything is pretty much equal but you get off road and you find out real quick why a Jeep is considered overall the most capable off-road vehicle mass-produced.

A Jeep is pretty much the mountain goat of the vehicle world.
