This is the shifter mechanism, not the linkage. The shifter rod is siezed to the lower rod. I can pull it back to 4wdh, but cannot move it sidways to go further. I took it out and freed it up with a lot of heat. Put it back in, test drove it, and it worked fine. Following weekend it was siezed again. Does anyone still make this part? Would like to replace it. Saw one for a Cherokee on line, but nothing for the tj.
