How do I get these off? Twist and pull doesn't work. The thread is smaller than the new ones for the replacement (upgrade) radiator. The new ones will push into the lines. Hoping they reach with the new fittings too.

I just had this same issue, use a small flat head screwdriver and you can pop the edge out, then just twist and the clip pops off. There is a Dorman replacement that clips onto your metal lines that will screw into the new radiator. I can look up the part number if you need. It took me a lot of back and forth to realize how the fitting came off, and I felt really silly after figuring it out. Feel free to ask, I’m glad I went back and forth rather than cutting my line.

You don’t! That is where the Dorman fitting would go onto your trans line instead of the piece with the quick connect in your hand.
