Very nice. I had an 11 foot Lance way back when. Before we decided to buy a MH we were looking at Lance trailers. They are definitely a cut above the stuff coming out of Indiana. Insulated better too.

Yes, we did. It's pretty small. The same length as the dinette sleeper (obviously, the walls didn't move) but only 18" or so from the ceiling. It would only work for a young kid. We actually haven't gotten our 4 year old to even go up there yet.

We looked at a couple models but were pretty limited because we wanted minimal overhang for towing without an extension. We really liked the Lance and definitely feel it was a top quality product.
