Well, I made it to Summit County!

With only one minor delay in Vegas for a fuel sending unit
Luckily, it didn't strand me in the middle of the Valley of Fire...

Now for a few days of Colorado log trails and picture taking. Perfect!

I'm staying here, but I go up north a bit more to the forests near Rand, Co. - Troublesome Pass, Green Ridge, Grassy Run, etc...
Really excellent log roads to roam around on! I basically planned a photo trip around the new moon so I could get some good Milky Way shots.

I love this area!

I really, really love going up there... My dad and I used to hunt elk there, and now I just Jeep around and camp up there.
It really is the most peaceful place I know of.
