@Blackjack. Is this 5721 worth looking into? Or is it another period specific winch? I was reading and it said it was the granddaddy of the 8274.

Is it gone already? 5721 or Belleview as most of us know them are the predecessor to the 8274. Unless you are doing a period correct vehicle restoration I would not be putting any effort into one. They are power in only and use a cable operated band brake.

Agree..its a decent winch but a dinosaur..
