Anyway to easily switch out the bulb for brighter? I mainly like the idea of having a remote for the lights, seems like a good thing to have when finding my way back to the Jeep when it’s dark and I’m coming out of the deer woods.

Yes a brighter bulb can be installed but then you're going to need a relay to control it and a little heavier-gauge wiring due to the extra current (amps) a higher wattage incandescent bulb draws. The relay is no big deal though, you can find an inexpensive offroad light wiring harness with a relay on Amazon, eBay, etc..
I bought the 4.5" ones to replace my factory fogs. Just the lights, no kit. Decently made, have held up well. Also, not a fan of advertising for Warn, so I cut out the plastic warn sign from the grill.
These came on the vehicle when I bought it. Will have to check the wattage on them. They are remote controlled. Fairly bright halogen bulbs, but will likely switch them with LED at some point. So far, they have worked well.
