Ok, we took our LJ out on our first trip and towed it to Colorado for hunting. I have to say i was very happy with the proformance of the jeep and we are hooked. After taking it one a few Jeep trails that i would never take a 4wd truck on and not even a hiccup.
We will be looking to take it out on a regular basis hitting the trails.

What are the week links that I should be looking to up grade.
I did the Currie steering, antirock, 4" fab tech lift. Pretty sure I will add the rear antirock after seeing how the front did.

Are axeles necessary? I do think I will regear as i don't like the week feeling or the constant shifting in and out of OD when on the highway, (running 33''s)

This forum has been a great sorce of info and I really appreciate the feed back.

Others more experienced will chime in but doing some reading, the rear AR is generally for specific/specialty applications. It isn't needed for what you are running.
A gear swap and traction devices look to be your next big move. Possibly axles, depending on what you have and uses. Especially with all the downshifting the overdrive auto trans does, gears would be a huge improvement.

The rear axle if you have the Dana 35. And especially if you add a rear locker.

Re-gear and axles, depending on what your wheeling. Upgrading those two and adding a traction aid like ARB or Yukon E lockers is the route I would go.

But remember the more you wheel the better you will get.

Do you have a SYE and upgraded joints?

Yes I did the SYE, and a new rear drive shaft

I’m assuming you’ve already done upper and lower control Arms? Trying to find the weak link :D

Thanks, just the lower, I was looking at the stock uppers thinking they looked pretty weak.

I will said that the weakest point of our LJ's is the shovel, low tranfer case skid.
If not done yet work on get a high clearance transfer case skid.

Adding an selectable Eaton locker to the front Dana 30 makes a huge improvement.

Regearing will be next as can be done when locker is installed. As well befier axle shaft.

With all you have seem like you can have lot's a fun without major sacrifice.

You have a Dana 44 in the rear (I didn't realize you had a LJ until I looked again), which is a great rear axle. Put some Revolution axle shafts in that and a locker and you're good to go!

Having the same Jeep, (Color too...) Besides upgrading to Currie Currectlync, my next favorite hands down, along with 4.88 gears, has been Currie's CE-9102K front end housing Johnny Joint, huge stability improvement.

Deep pockets? Or just want the coolest looking Jeep ever... 37" wheels all day! That's when you'll be upgrading to ram assist steering, brake calipers (Also suggested when running 35's). Pretty much everything under the seat... Seagway, or is it segue ?? into another favorite upgrade of mine. Seat risers, damn Jeep seats were just too low.

The real weakest link I've found is us.... not inspecting under the hood. Saying this because I just replaced my valve cover gasket...lol
