What is a fair price to list my Rubicon axle assemblies for?

I've got a 2003 Rubicon with 85k riding 33s with over 3/4 tread and 15 steel rims. Front locker works with new unit bearings, new shaft u-joints and new BM brake pads. Rear locker does not engage, but the axle works fine. Changed the diff fluid a couple times, trying to figure out what was wrong, with no metal in the bottom. Both air pumps work.

My question is, should I rebuild these axles? Parts 5k Labor 2k

Or should I buy new axles for 18

Or should I buy new axles for 10K and sell the axles air pumps and tires for an asking 4.5 k and get 3.5 k
