What now? - Reverse Lights Don't Work

My reverse lights don’t work on my new TJ
1. Old bulbs were good. Changed them anyway. That didn’t work.
2. Old fuse was good. Changed it anyway. That didn’t work
3. Replace reverse switch on trans. That didn’t work.
Any ideas?

Check your grounds and test for power.

IF you know how to use a digital VOM you can measure voltage on the terminal B Violet/White wire of the harness connector on the Backup Lamp switch and verify you have power on terminal A Violet/Black wire going to the back up lights. This is with the ignition in ON and the transmission in reverse, but the engine is not running.
Then check voltage going into the rear lamp assemblies for the back up lights. Ensure the housings have a good ground by checking continuity to ground from the light bulb receptacles.
