What rear axle do I have?

I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and my rear differential is having problems and I figured I may have to get another one , but my problem is I have no idea what unit I have either a Dana 35 or 44, I looked at some of the pictures and apparently I have not figured it out, can somebody help with this

Unless the gearing has been changed; the left tag indicates he has 3.73 gears.

Thank you gentlemen, I thought it looked kinda like the Dana 44, but was not sure, and also you are right about the gear ratio it says 3 73 on the tag I saw

I do have another question how do you know what the ring gear size is ?? I have no idea how to figure that one

Are you talking about the thickness of the ring gear ?
There is a point in the R&P ratio when the carrier needs to be replaced due to thickness of the ring gear; I believe that is when you go from 3.73 to 4.11.
