Where does this evap line plug in to?

Found an unconnected hose under the back right fender flare that I believe is the cause for my ongoing p0442. Anybody know where this plugs in to? I would assume up by the evap canister but can’t locate a connection point. Is it likely I’ll need to remove my wheel well cover to reconnect this? Thanks.

What year is your Jeep? After 2003 I think it was, they moved an evap canister to the back near that rear wheel well. That black plastic canister is it I believe.

It’s a 2003 Sahara. I just had the sensor inside the evap canister swapped and it was done back right under the wheel well liner
