Where is the reverse light switch located on a 97 TJ 2.5?

On a 97 Wrangler 2.5l auto trans where is the back up light switch located? My light are not working so I want to check the switch.

Should be on the driver's side of the transmission if I'm not mistaken.

I have been looking online. Is it part of the neutral safety switch?

Yes, that switch also controls the reverse lights.
