Will my setup support the increased power form a LS swap?

I'm sure there's lots of articles in here on the swap. But my question is relatively specific... I currently have G2 Dana 44 with 4.10 gears and Eaton Autolocker in the rear, in the front I have HP30 with gussets and truss kit, 4.10s and Spartan Lunchbox Locker. Will this support a 5.3L (possibly supercharged) LS? 35" rubber.

It will definitely hold up to the stock injected V8…
I feel once a person goes supercharger or turbo all bets are off though as to how long parts last. People tend to push a vehicle to its limits once that change takes place. No one is installing one just to run to the corner store for a loaf of bread, lol…
