One minor and slightly bigger issue. My right turn signal works, no issues but nothing from my left. No light in the instrument panel, no front or rear left turn signal. Right works without issues. Secondly and separately, when I turn off my wipers, they stop wherever they are on the windshield and do not come back to their beginning position. Any ideas on either of these issues?

I have had a issue at times with my left turn signal. When I would push the stalk, the arrow on the dash would freeze as would the blinkers. I found that if I wiggle or disengage and reengage the stalk the left blinker would start blinking normally. I think the electrical contact for this is a bit corroded and it could also be an issue of stacked resistance on a 20 year old Jeep.
I wish I could help, but I also have turn signal issues. Signalling left is fine, but about 50% of the time when I signal right, the lever doesn't stay. It just returns to center and stop signalling. Then I push it again, and maybe it sticks and maybe it doesn't. Just annoying enough that I might try to fix it if I knew how.
