Wipers noisy, a way to adjust?

Not with the oem, but...Have always had a subtle vibrating/rubbing on window sound when I use rain x wipers. I just put on Bosh icon and they are very nice but when I use wipers they do a trippy movement on the window, kinda like a quick small back and forth movement as it's going across. Makes wiper marks along window. The rain x wiper did this a little but not so pronounced, and no marks. Wondering if they are just too thick for my jeep. Even if I go back to rain x, I will still have issues.
Is there a way to adjust the arms or something? Any ideas?

Have you ever cleaned your glass? Like, really cleaned it? My dads truck does this and it drives me absolutely bonkers. It's a Ford, I drive a Ford, and they're the same age. Probably 2-3X a year I clean my glass with fine steel wool then apply Rain-X and this never happens to me. And no, steel wool won't scratch anything and you wouldn't believe how much it cleans up your view.

Wax the window. And just like @f22beaver said. Fine steel wool to the finish
