Yet another road trip...

Great pictures.... especially the muzzle blast from your new rifle.
Thanks! I'm trying to figure out how to get more pictures on our travels. The countryside is pretty cool and somewhat unique. Short of taking the oldest daughter along with her camera and artistic sense, I haven't come up with anything just yet. Closest thing so far is hitting the wife up with her cell phone camera. We're usually busy B.S.ing and gawking and miss a lot of opportunities for pictures. As an example: there's a trail up a mountain here that has a gate keeper feature about two miles in. It would make the perfect classic Jeep Poser Shot. Coming out you go full stuff on opposite corners and lift the drivers side front tire about a foot off the ground. We've been doing that trail for about three years now, every since we discovered it. Do I have a picture? Nope. Not a one.

Those short barreled big bores tend to throw a little flame. It's very efficient though, when you shoot a game animal it kills it, guts it, and roasts it all at the same time. No wasted time and effort.

Tire might stay on the ground where it belongs if you disco'd. Just saying. :p

lol, ya, working on that... Disco's are the next thing on the list. The front sway bar links are shot and need to be replaced anyway. Somebody beat me to a nice set of JKS quicker disconnects recently so now I have to pay full freight for them. Probably next month. Even the wife is getting tired of hearing the link ends bang going over bumps.
