Rubicon with no locker switch?

Be careful.... they have listed a Rubicon VIN for this jeep as well. I just checked it and it codes to have Dana 44's front and rear and the photos show 35's and no switch.

LOL you're right too busy trying to find the rear axle and locker switch location and just assumed.
They also list 16" wheels, but the pics show 15s.
Even better than that. This was a repainted. The original color was khaki. Just look at the engine bay. Then I pulled the build sheet and sure enough that tub is a rubicon. I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts the frame Vin does not match the Tub.
Technically it is a Rubicon. The tub is what has a title. If I ever get bored enough I might look at is it legal to sell as a clean title with non matching Vin numbers. If for some reason the frame came off a stolen jeep who knows what would happen.
My guess would be buyer beware because I think the DMV's only use the body tag VIN and don't check engine or frame VIN's.
I've know people that have built a complete rare muscle car just starting with only a VIN tag body part and build the whole car around that. Completely unmatched numbers, but the title would say it's the rare car. Someone in the know would detect it, but an unknowingly buyer might not.
